This website www.juegaterapia.org is the property of FUNDACI\u00d3N JUEGATERAPIA with tax identification number G86557097 and tax address at Calle Nu\u00f1ez de Balboa 56 Bajo A 28001, MADRID.
\nThe General Conditions of Contract regulate the distance selling relationship between FUNDACI\u00d3N JUEGATERAPIA and the user or customer, in accordance with the legal stipulations, in particular, Law 7\/1998, of 13 April, on General Conditions of Contract, Law 3\/2014, of 27 March, which amends the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, the current regulations on the Protection of Personal Data, Law 7\/1996 of 15 January on the Regulation of Retail Trade, and Law 34\/2002 of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce.<\/p>\n

FUNDACI\u00d3N JUEGATERAPIA reserves the right to make any changes it deems appropriate, without prior notice, in the General Conditions. Such modifications may be made, through its websites, by any means admissible in law and shall be binding during the time they are published on the website and until they are not validly modified by subsequent ones. However, FUNDACI\u00d3N JUEGATERAPIA reserves the right to apply, in certain cases, Special Conditions of Contract in preference to these General Conditions when it deems appropriate, announcing them in a timely manner.
\nThe purpose of the website is: PLATFORM FOR THE SUPPORT OF CHILDREN SUFFERING FROM CANCER.
\nThe duration of the contract shall be linked to the completion of the contracted service.
\nAs a user or client expressly declares to know, understand and accept the conditions of use and these general conditions of contract. \n- Sending your consoles and games for children to enjoy.
\nCharacteristics, offer and validity of donations
\nDonations on our website, the essential characteristics of which are detailed.
\nIn compliance with current regulations FUNDACION JUEGATERAPIA offers information on all its donations, their characteristics and prices. However, FUNDACION JUEGATERAPIA reserves the right to withdraw, replace or change the services offered through its website, by simply changing the content of the same. Thus, the services offered at all times by the web will be governed by the General Conditions of Contract in force in each case. Likewise, the company shall have the right to stop offering, without prior notice and at any time, access to the aforementioned services.<\/p>\n

One-off donations
\nYou can make a one-off donation to FUNDACI\u00d3N JUEGATERAPIA's projects by making a deposit at Banco Santander ES73 0049 5126 53 2116182779, or by credit card or paypal by filling in the forms provided for this purpose on the web.
\nIf you pay through Paypal, by direct transfer from your bank account or if you pay directly at a Santander bank branch and would like to receive the donation certificate, please send an email with the donation receipt to mcavanilles@juegaterapia.org.
\nThe JUEGATERAPIA FOUNDATION informs you that as this is a donation, once it has been made you will not be able to claim it back.<\/p>\n

Become a member
\nBy registering as a member, the user will be able to pay a fee (monthly, quarterly or annual) by direct debit to an IBAN or bank account. By registering as a member you will also become part of our JUEGATERAPEUTAS team and will receive a welcome bracelet.
\nIn the corresponding section of our website, you will find a description of how to become a member and a registration form and a donation certificate, which allows members to deduct up to 75% from their donations. You can also change your donation amount at any time.<\/p>\n

Purchases of solidarity products will be subject to the terms and conditions of these websites.<\/p>\n

Donation by SMS
\nFUNDACI\u00d3N JUEGATERAPIA offers users the option of making a donation by SMS. To do so, they must send an SMS with the message JUEGATERAPIA to 28011. The cost of the message is 1,20\u20ac and the whole amount is a full donation to FUNDACION JUEGATERAPIA. Sending messages to the number 28011 means a one-off donation of 1,20 \u20ac. If you wish to donate again, the user must send a new SMS.
\nIn order to donate by sending SMS to 28011, users must:
\n- Have SMS services activated.
\n- Have credit on their card, in the case of prepaid users.
\n- Send SMS through the operators with which FUNDACI\u00d3N JUEGATERAPIA has signed solidarity collaboration agreements: Vodafone, Movistar, Orange. These operators manage the sending and receiving of solidarity messages at no cost to the user or to M\u00e9decins Sans Fronti\u00e8res, allowing the cost of the message (\u20ac1.20) to reach FUNDACI\u00d3N JUEGATERAPIA in full.

Shipping of consoles and games
\nFrom FUNDACI\u00d3N JUEGATERAPIA we provide the consoles and games that our collaborators make available to the hospitalised children to make their stay more enjoyable.
\nIn the corresponding section of our website \"Sending consoles\" you can consult the consoles, accessories and videogames that we receive as well as the conditions in which they must be and the requirements that they must fulfil. In this section you will also find the description of the process to send it as well as the stickers with your details that you can add, as children and their parents often like to contact the donors to say thank you.<\/p>\n

Sending your console or videogames is free of charge for you through Envialia branches. The material will go directly to our warehouse, where we can check it and prepare it for delivery to a child. In case of non-execution due to unavailability, FUNDACION JUEGATERAPIA at the time it becomes aware of this situation will notify the customer by email. The period of this communication will not exceed in any case the maximum period of 30 days, FUNDACI\u00d3N JUEGATERAPIA may give the double option: to offer the customer without price increase, a service of similar characteristics or higher quality, or unless justified and demonstrable reasons by FUNDACI\u00d3N JUEGATERAPIA within this same period to pay the amounts paid for the cancelled service.<\/p>\n

Right of withdrawal, reimbursement of payments and complaints
\nBeing a donation for the general purposes of FUNDACION JUEGATERAPIA, the realization of the same does not entail the delivery of any product or service, nor is there a right of withdrawal. According to the provisions of Article 103 of Law 3\/2014, of 27 March, which amends the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, supplies of services or goods made according to the specifications of the consumer or clearly personalised, or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or may deteriorate or expire quickly, are exempt from withdrawal.
\nThe system of guarantees on products or services, regulated in Royal Legislative Decree 1\/2007, of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, is also not applicable.
\nThe user of www.juegaterapia.org is also informed that as this is an unconditional donation, there is no possibility of reimbursement of the payment.<\/p>\n

If any dispute arises the parties may submit their disputes to arbitration or go to the ordinary jurisdiction in compliance with the rules on jurisdiction and competence in this regard.
